What You Own

Start with the Eagle.

American Eagles from the US Mint is what you hold legal title to when you own GETs and SETs.

American Gold Eagle coin

Gold Eagle Token (GET)

  • Redeemable for the physical coin

Why GET & SET Exist

Exposure is common. Ownership is the difference.

Traditional gold exposure

Financial exposure to the price of gold through another legal structure, such as shares of a fund. No title to specific metal, and no coin to collect.

GET & SET

Direct legal ownership of allocated physical metal — a specific coin in a named vault — with ownership that moves digitally.

How Ownership Works

Own it. Keep it vaulted. Move ownership. Take delivery.

Five steps, each with a named party accountable for it.

  1. 01

    You own an Eagle

Each holding starts with one specific 1 oz American Eagle — gold or silver — produced by the U.S. Mint. The coin is the asset; the token is how its ownership moves.

    The asset
  2. 02

    It sits in a vault

BlueVault vaults and insures the coin at a U.S. facility. It stays there — allocated to its owner — until the owner wants it.

  3. 03

    You hold legal title

GATCo holds the coin as bailee and issues digital title to it, structured through bailment and warehouse-receipt concepts under the Uniform Commercial Code in Nevada.

  4. 04

    Ownership moves

Ownership transfers digitally through SATCHEL, the ownership interface — without moving the metal. F1R3FLY protects the ownership data.

    You can redeem

When the owner wants the coin in hand, they redeem the token for the physical Eagle, subject to program terms.

Proof

Every claim, with its proof beside it.

Institutions evaluate the company as much as the product: who holds the asset, who protects the data, who has reviewed the structure. Here is what backs each claim, and what it means for the holder.

Allocated physical ownership

ProofEach GET or SET is tied to one specific 1 oz American Eagle held at BlueVault.

What it meansThe holder owns metal — not exposure to its price.

Legal protection

For Institutions

Built for the institution. Explained for the client.

GATCo works with advisors, registered investment advisers, broker-dealers, family offices, asset managers, banks, trust companies and corporate treasuries. Every adoption needs two answers: why the institution should offer it, and why a client should own it.

For the institution

Why adopt GET & SET

  • New product capability — allocated metal ownership clients can hold and move digitally
  • Differentiation — redeemable physical ownership, not another price-tracking product
  • Custody handled — BlueVault vaults and insures the coins
  • Defensible structure — UCC, Nevada, confirmed by legal opinion letters
  • Operational integration — through SATCHEL, the ownership interface
  • Economics — program terms, fees and minimums provided in a briefing

For the client

Why own an Eagle this way

  • Real ownership — legal title to a specific coin
  • Allocated — your coin, not a share of a pool
  • Insured custody — held at BlueVault
  • Redeemable — take delivery of the coin
  • Portable — ownership moves digitally; the metal stays put
  • Simple — one token, one coin

What institutions buy: access to GET and SET through a B2B program — to offer to clients or hold directly. Institutions that want to run their own digitally negotiable ownership programs build on SATCHEL, which is a separate conversation.

About SATCHEL →

Infrastructure

GET and SET prove it works. SATCHEL takes it further.

The larger innovation is separating the movement of ownership from the movement of the underlying asset — digitally negotiable asset ownership. Gold and silver Eagles are the first implementation.

SATCHEL is the ownership interface and infrastructure behind GET and SET. It provides dignified delegation over data-based assets, so institutions can issue, custody, transfer and interact with digitally negotiable ownership — with white-label rails for RIAs, funds and treasury teams.

Questions

What people ask first.

Short answers to the questions newcomers raise before a call. Go deeper in the FAQ, the explainers and the diligence library.

What does a Gold Eagle Token actually represent?

One specific 1 oz American Gold Eagle — a U.S. Mint coin — held at BlueVault. The Gold Eagle Token (GET) is digital title to that coin. The coin is what the holder owns; the token is how ownership of it moves.

If a client holds ten GET, ten specific American Gold Eagles sit in the vault for that client. The metal stays put; ownership moves.

Doesn't a gold ETF already give you a claim on gold?

Not on specific metal. A gold ETF share is financial exposure to the gold price through another legal structure — shares of a fund. Shareholders don't hold title to particular bars, and exchanging shares for metal is generally limited to large authorized participants.

GET and SET are direct legal ownership of allocated physical coins, with ownership that moves digitally. Read the full comparison.

How are GATCo and SATCHEL different?

GATCo is the issuer: it issues GET and SET and keeps the record of legal title. SATCHEL is the ownership interface and infrastructure: it provides dignified delegation over data-based assets — how holders and institutions hold, delegate, transfer and report on ownership.

GET and SET show the infrastructure working. SATCHEL extends the same architecture to institutions and to other asset classes. See how the pieces fit.

Who is GATCo for?

Advisors and institutions: registered investment advisers, broker-dealers, family offices, asset managers, banks and trust companies, and corporate treasuries. GATCo works business to business and does not sell directly to the public; individuals own GET and SET through their advisor or institution.

What do institutions actually buy?

Two separate things. Through a B2B program, an institution can offer GET and SET to its clients or hold them directly. Separately, institutions that want to run their own digitally negotiable ownership programs can build on SATCHEL.

Program terms, fees and minimums are provided in a briefing. Request a briefing.

How do I know the coins exist and are really mine?

Each claim has proof beside it: custody and insurance at BlueVault, a structure confirmed by legal opinion letters, ownership records protected by F1R3FLY, a U.S. patent, and physical redemption — a holder can take delivery of the coin. See the proof, or request the diligence documents.

Why do BlueVault and F1R3FLY matter?

BlueVault protects the asset. F1R3FLY protects the ownership data. GATCo connects the two through a legally enforceable ownership structure.

BlueVault is in its 15th year, provides vault custody with transport and insurance, and serves as a precious-metals IRA depository. F1R3FLY builds formally verified infrastructure — in its words, “correct by construction, auditable by design” — and joined the Tata Consultancy Services Alliance ecosystem in July 2026 (PR Newswire).

What materials do advisors get?

Two layers. For clients: a one-page fact sheet for each product, written for the end holder. For the institution: a briefing covering structure, economics, compliance, custody and operational integration, backed by the documents in the diligence library.
