GATCo Great American Token Company

U.S.-Based Issuance Layer · Institutional Infrastructure

Beyond tokenization.
American ownership infrastructure.

GATCo connects legally claimable, physically held American commodities to programmable, institution-controlled digital workflows — so the token, the title, and the bar of gold all answer to the same owner.

Built on trust. Backed by assets. Secured for generations.

The Problem

Conservative capital is being asked to hold digital assets without a straight answer on ownership.

Most institutional crypto products are built around exposure. They mint a representation, then leave the legal claim — and the metal behind it — as somebody else's problem. Institutions that cannot afford ambiguity need property rights, not promises.

01

What exactly do I own?

A token, a receipt, an IOU, or a bar with your name on the legal title? The difference is the whole business.

02

Where is the underlying?

Which vault, on whose books, under what audit, and how is it insured against the failure of the issuer?

03

Who can take it — and under which law?

If a counterparty fails, your claim is only as strong as the jurisdiction standing behind it. We chose American.

The Ownership Stack

One stack — from the physical bar to digital control.

A single, vertically integrated path from a vaulted American commodity to an institution-controlled digital workflow. You own the gold. We secure and insure it. You decide how it moves.

04

Digital Gold Ownership Comparison

Exposure is common. Ownership is the difference.

How the Gold Eagle Token measures against familiar digital-gold instruments.

Digital gold ownership comparison: Gold Eagle Token (GET) versus Tether Gold and PAXG across US regulated issuer or structure, regulatory framework and legal clarity, legal title to underlying gold, protection by US property laws, and direct retail-friendly coin redemption.

Comparison is illustrative; instrument terms change. Conduct independent legal review.
